Lifesize Entertainment celebrates its 26th year in the tv and film business in 2023. We had our start as a sales agent, transitioned into theatrical releasing and home entertainment in 2004 and then began producing film and television in 2008.
Our productions and acquisitions have been broadcast on major networks, including Showtime, PBS, IFC, Animal Planet, Outdoor Channel, Nat Geo, Chiller and SyFy. Our producing credits include FEAR HOUSE (Feature Film) RESCUE VET (13 x 30), GIVE ME SHELTER (13 x 30), CELEBRITY FISH N FIRE (8 x 30) and THE WILD BUNCH (13 x 30) as well as the completed pilot for PARANORMAL INTERVENTION and teaser reels for several other vehicles including UNTAMED EVERGLADES.
Notable acquisitions over the years include KIM KI DUK’s BAD GUY and TIME, the Oscar Nominated ZUS AND ZO, Independent Spirit Nominee OASIS, Meissa Hampton’s A SOCIAL CURE, THE EDGE, by Alexey Uchitel and the award winning Iraqi doc, THE BLOOD OF MY BROTHER.
Recent acquisitions include PACT OF VENGEANCE, THE MAJOR and THE INSPIRATOR.
Our acquisition strategy is focused on well made, genre influenced feature films, preferably in English. We are also looking to re-introduce older series to new audiences when those are available.
We’ve begun to re-engage with original scripted programming and have three series in development, with pilot scripts available; the mystery thriller, “Refuge, PA, a SyFy adventure titled, “Homegrown Galactic,” and animal rescue series, “Fly Pups.” Feature scripts in development include the romance, “The Woman Who Loved Daylight” and the crime thriller, “All That Rage.”
